1. Intake interview
We start with a comprehensive intake interview in our office or at your home.
During this interview, we discuss all your wishes and needs with you. What is your budget? What kind of home are you looking for? Would you like an outdoor space? How many bedrooms?
2. The search
We will then create a digital search for you so you get the latest home offerings every day in your email. If there is a suitable home, we will plan in consultation with you a quick viewing.
3. Viewing
We always accompany you with house viewings. Especially during the first viewings, we get a better picture about your taste and what your wishes are.
4. Negotiations
When your 'dream house' is found then the bidding process can start. This is a very important process. There are many buyers in the market, so the correct bidding strategy is very important. Every home is different, depending on whether we are the first bidder or that there are already more bids on the property. Every step in this process happens with you in consultation.
5. Research and contract
We conduct a proper research if there is no soil contamination known to the commune, underground tanks, no legal aspects, easements, chain terms. ... In short if we check as your broker as much as possible. In consultation with you, we ask an engineer to thoroughly inspect the construction of the house.
6. Signing and transfer of the keys
Congratulations, the 'dream home' has been purchased. The purchase contract will be made. If the draft purchase contract is complete, you can sign it at our offices. Shortly prior to the actual legal transfer, we will inspect the house thoroughly with you to see if everything is still the same as during the first visit. If the inspection went well then we will all go to the notary for signing and handing over the keys.
